What happens after you press pay, in plain words.
Payments
You pay online through Razorpay with UPI, cards, netbanking or wallets. Razorpay handles your card details. We never see or store them. Every price on this shop is in Indian rupees. Prices include 18% GST. Add your GSTIN at checkout and we issue the invoice in your business name.
Bulk rates
Where a product has a bulk rate, it applies automatically in your cart once you reach the quantity shown on the product page. You do not need a code.
Shipping
Shipping is ₹199 per order. It is free on orders above ₹10,000. Orders are dispatched within 3 to 5 working days. If we cannot deliver to your pincode, we cancel the order and refund you in full.
Damaged or wrong item
Check your parcel when it arrives. If something is damaged or is not what you ordered, message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours with a photo of the item and the box. We replace it or refund it.
Cancellations and refunds
You can cancel an order before it ships. Message us with your order number. Refunds go back to the original payment method.
Your data
We use your Google name and email to create your account and send your order updates. Read the full privacy policy.
